An online store and PC builder for a computer shop with three branches in Bulacan. Customers can browse parts, put together a build that actually fits, and order for delivery or branch pickup.

Online booking and a front-desk schedule for a made-up two-dentist clinic. Patients pick a service and an open time, or ask the clinic's AI chat to book for them, and staff see every visit on one calendar.

PaidUp invoicing
Invoicing for small online shops, shown with by.afterglow studio, a preserved flower studio in Bulacan (sample data, with the owner's permission). The shop sends an invoice link, the customer pays with GCash, Maya or card, and the payment shows up on the owner's screen as it happens.

Rail QR ordering
QR table ordering with a live kitchen display, shown with a made-up 24-hour silog place in Malolos. Guests scan the code on their table, order from their phone and follow their food from the kitchen to the table. The kitchen, the floor and the owner each get their own screen.

Cai food diary
A food diary for the way Filipinos eat, whether you want to lose weight, put it on, or build muscle. Snap a plate and an AI names each dish and counts the rice; sign up with your height, weight and goal and Cai works out a daily target and plans breakfast to dinner from Filipino dishes. Named after my daughter, Cairus.

Resibo receipt scanner
Snap a receipt and an AI reads it into the expense book, shown with a made-up catering kitchen in Malolos. Store, TIN, invoice number, every line, VAT and total come off the photo in about ten seconds, then the owner checks it against the photo and files it.

Order/Flow Desk
A trading course with a community built around it. Sixteen lessons on reading order flow in futures, each with charts you can play with, plus a feed for trade recaps, Q&A under every lesson, quizzes, and a live chat room. Jonathan, who also trades futures, is the mentor; the other members are simulated so the room is never empty.

Relay helpdesk
A shared support inbox for small teams that sell abroad, shown with a made-up bike-bag maker in Porto. Customers write in from the contact form or by email in their own language. AI sorts and translates each ticket, drafts a reply from the shop's help articles, and the agent's English reply goes out in the customer's language.

Hearsay feedback boards
A feedback board product that software companies sign up for, in the style of Canny. Each company gets its own workspace where customers post and vote on feature requests, and the team ranks them by the revenue behind the votes, then closes the loop with a public roadmap and changelog. The demo hands every visitor a private copy of a made-up field-service app's workspace.

Daloy workflow builder
A working AI workflow builder in the spirit of n8n and Zapier, shown on a made-up pottery studio in Bristol. You wire triggers, AI steps, approvals and app actions together on a canvas, then watch each run step through it live: an email gets sorted, a wholesale lead gets scored and logged, and the AI's reply waits for a person to approve it before it's sent.

Callout field service
A mobile app for HVAC and plumbing technicians and the dispatch board that feeds it, shown on a made-up heating company in Minneapolis on a winter morning full of no-heat calls. The tech works each job on the phone, and the office watches it happen. Both keep working when the van loses signal.

Turnstile gym app
A member app for a boxing and strength gym and the front desk board it talks to, shown on a made-up club in Fitzroy, Melbourne, forty minutes before Tuesday night sparring. Members book classes, get in off the waitlist, check in at the door and log their lifts. The desk watches it all happen live.

Waybill shipment tracking API
A shipment tracking API for a made-up freight broker in Columbus, Ohio. Trucks move along real US interstate routes in real time, and every change becomes an event, a signed webhook and a line in the request log. The console you click around in is just another client of the public API.

Headcount
Works out how busy a made-up café in Fitzroy, Melbourne will be next week, half-hour by half-hour, then builds the staff roster for it. A machine learning model forecasts the coffees and covers from the weather, holidays and local events, and a constraint solver fills the week: everyone inside their availability and leave, ten hours off between shifts, and the lowest wage bill once weekend, public holiday and casual rates are counted.

Overhaul
Predicts how many more flights each engine in a made-up regional airline's fleet can make before it needs to come off, and how sure it is. A deep learning model trained on NASA's turbofan run-to-failure data gives every engine a remaining life with an 80% band, and a live fleet replay lets you plan the removals: pull too early and you waste engine life, too late and an engine fails on wing and grounds the aircraft. The same approach works for any equipment that logs sensor readings until it wears out, such as pumps, generators, compressors or a delivery fleet.

Limliwa Beach Resort bookings
Direct booking and a front desk for a 97-room beach resort in Liwliwa, Zambales, built around how the resort already works: guests hold rooms, send a 50% GCash or BDO deposit, and upload the receipt for staff to check.

Peer-to-peer sports pick contests across nine leagues (NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, WNBA, Premier League, Champions League, college and UFC), played for points, not money. Players pick more or less on player stats, call the week's winners, draft a lineup by tiers, or try to outlast everyone in Survivor, against each other instead of a house.

Time clock, timecards and semi-monthly payroll for small businesses in the Philippines, shown with a made-up bakeshop with three branches in Bulacan. Staff clock in on their phones, supervisors approve overtime, and one click turns the cutoff's timecards into payslips with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and withholding tax worked out.

A chat assistant for small business websites, shown on a demo site for a made-up dental clinic. It answers questions from the business's own price list and FAQs, in English or Taglish, books visits straight into the clinic's schedule, and hands anything it can't answer to staff as a lead.
