AI Lead Assistant
A chat assistant for small business websites, shown on a demo site for a made-up dental clinic. It answers questions from the business's own price list and FAQs, in English or Taglish, books visits straight into the clinic's schedule, and hands anything it can't answer to staff as a lead.
- Chat widget that goes on any site with one script tag and picks up the site's font and colors
- Answers come only from a per-business config. When someone wants to book, the AI only reads the intent; the times it offers come from the real schedule, so it can't promise a slot that isn't free
- Lead dashboard with each chat transcript and a short AI summary of what the customer wants, optionally sent to Telegram
- Per-visitor rate limiting, a guard against prompt-leak attempts, and a fallback to the clinic's phone number if the AI quota runs out
